Managing the Global Supply Chain

The global supply chain is a vital part of modern business. This book presents a global view of the scope and complexity of supply chain management. Three parallel elements are identified: structure, organization, and process, including activities both inside and outside of the corporation. These three elements become a supply network, embracing procurement, production, and distribution within a single system.
