[Abstract] This phenomenological study explored the question, What is the Experience of the Big Mind process? Using the narratives of six adult Big Mind process participant co-researchers to uncover themes, the phenomenological process allowed for an in depth, qualitative examination of the experience of the Big Mind process. Specifically the phenomenological process includes Epoche, Phenomenological Reduction, Imaginative Variation, and Synthesis. The literature review found no existing studies of the Big Mind process published in any peer-reviewed publications and so this study represents new knowledge. Seven major textural themes emerged and show the progression of the Big Mind process participants' experience of the Big Mind process: 1) Initial Thoughts 2) Making the Shifts between Voices 3) New Insights and Awareness of Self and Others 4) Profound State of Being and Awareness 5) Experiences of Connection and Empathy 6) Overall Positive Assessment 7) Beneficial Aftereffects. Overall, this study illustrates the experience of the Big Mind process.
