Women, Men, and Power

This book explores the inequality of personal, collective, and institutional power that exists between women and men. The author analyzed gender power relations in the context of family, sexuality, the workplace and politics. He also examines topics such as: cultural images of power, power motives, feelings of effectiveness and control, strategies of interpersonal influence, and stable power structures of dominance.
